SD Realty — a property agency, end to end, in 13 days.
A project of our own, from the Sebastian Desigual family of brands: a brand, a website in 3 languages, 5 working automations and a full set of collateral. We use the same pipeline on client projects.
Sebastian Desigual Studio

The brief.
An agency in Belek, Antalya: long-term and short-stay rentals, services for tenants, clients in three languages. Everything had to be built from scratch: brand, website, enquiry handling, an assistant to answer customers, service booking, and collateral for the office and properties.
What we did, by area.
Strategy
Positioning and three brand pillars — Property · Lifestyle · Investment — a tagline in 3 languages, audience and tone of voice.
Design
- Logo: full, compact, monogram, favicon and bot avatar — 5 versions in 5 colours.
- A 20-page brand book and a design system with 2 themes and 14 components.
- 13 types of collateral, about 50 print-ready layouts: a stand, foil business cards, a flyer, a guest kit, a sign, a banner, a letterhead, three sales proposals, a property template, social templates, a postcard, a sticker, an office plaque and a signage sketch.
- An 11-slide agency deck, a 22-page collateral catalogue, 15 mock-ups.
Web & Apps
- Website: 17 pages in Russian, English and Turkish, 51 addresses in the sitemap, enquiry and booking forms, multilingual SEO. Lighthouse Accessibility 100; mobile home page performance 85.
- Services bot: a catalogue and 4 booking modes — slot, date and time, period, no set time; Google Calendar, confirmation by button, day-before reminders.
- Mini App: properties, services, "My orders", about; Telegram signature verification. Live test: 10 out of 10.
AI & Automation
- Enquiries: website → Google Sheet + Telegram notification with buttons. Built in Make and again in code; in our test, code responded to the site in 628 ms and Make in 950 ms. Code runs in production.
- AI assistant: answers from a knowledge base in 3 languages, remembers the conversation for 24 hours and hands customers to a person. Replies in 2–5 seconds; a six-message conversation costs about $0.085.
- Property descriptions on n8n: Notion → Claude → checks → draft → human approval → website. In the run: 3 out of 3 right first time, zero invented facts, about $0.04 per property.
- QR system: 15 short links, language set by browser or Telegram, scans visible in analytics.
The results in figures.

A pipeline that carries over to your project.
- Brief
- spec
- design
- code or no-code
- checks
- log
First 2–3 samples, then the rest after sign-off: revisions stay cheap and nothing gets redone from scratch. Finished work is checked by a separate agent, which catches what the author misses.
