Strategy & Business Launch

First we decide what you sell and to whom. Then we design.

Owners launching a business, a new line of business, or a rebrand.

We review the business and its online presence, define the positioning and put together a launch plan. Then we build it end to end: brand, website, social media, sales proposals and collateral, all from one team.

Where a launch begins.

Business and online presence audit

Your website, social media, marketplaces and customer journey, seen through a customer's eyes. You get a prioritised list of what's holding sales back.

from $90

Positioning, value proposition and competitor analysis

Example

Who your customer is, what sets you apart, and how to say it in one sentence.

from $230

Naming and name checks

Example

Name options, checked for available domains and unfortunate associations; trademark clearance is for a patent attorney.

from $170

Customer journey and funnel

From first contact to payment and repeat purchase: where customers drop off and what to put at each step.

from $140

Strategy session

Audit, working session and a written plan: positioning and priorities, including AI adoption.

Example

Brand, website, social media, sales proposals and collateral in one project — the way we built SD Realty.

From a conversation to a plan you can act on.

  1. 01Audit.

We review your website, social media, marketplaces and competitors, and gather questions.

We work through the task together: customer, product, money, priorities.

  3. 03Plan.

In writing: positioning, what to do first, what comes next and what it costs.

  4. 04Launch — if you want it.

We deliver the plan ourselves, or hand it to your team.

What you get: a document with your positioning and plan, usable with us or without us.

Questions about strategy.

Why strategy if we only need a logo?

You don't have to start there — a logo can be ordered on its own. A session helps when it's unclear what to tell customers; then the logo, website and copy line up first time.

How is a session different from a consultation?

The free consultation is one conversation to understand the task and suggest a scope. A session is an audit, a working session and a written plan that stays with you.

Is the session credited if we go on to a launch?

Yes. The session fee is credited towards Business Launch or AI adoption.

Do you guarantee sales growth after the strategy work?

No. Results depend on the market, pricing and how the plan is carried out. We're responsible for the quality of the plan and for the work we deliver under it.

Can the session be held online?

Yes, we work remotely: a video call, a shared document and a board.

Tell us about the business, and we'll suggest where to start.
